What challenges will you face with us?
- Create, orchestrate, and evaluate AI Agents, integrating language models with external tools;
- Develop RAC-based solutions to enrich contexts and improve the quality of responses;
- Utilize agent orchestration frameworks to structure automation pipelines;
- Connect and integrate agents via MCP, internal and external APIs;
- Develop prompt engineering and design reasoning chains for different workflows;
- Systematically evaluate agent pipelines using automated metrics and human feedback;
- Develop and implement supervised and unsupervised machine learning models to support data-driven solutions;
- Manipulate and analyze data in different formats;
- Develop REST APIs in Python for deployment and integration of ML/AI models;
What we expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
- Experience in Python and SQL, as well as experience in cloud environments (AWS or GCP);
- Knowledge of RAG, retrieval pipelines, and embeddings;
- Experience in Prompt Engineering and multi-agent flow design;
- Technical and theoretical knowledge of classic Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models.
