We are looking for a DeFi-savvy Marketing lead to plan and execute strategy for Polygon DeFi ecosystem. This role directly liaises with DeFi teams and Polygon’s strategic team.

Design and execute a comprehensive, blockchain-specific marketing plan to supercharge narratives on Twitter.

Partner with your peers in Product Management, Community Management and Business Development to drive adoption and engagement.

Build and deploy grassroots marketing programs to drive builders and community to Polygon DeFi.

Design brand positioning (Polygon DeFi) and messaging strategy across channels to drive market awareness, project engagement, and loyalty.

What you need to succeed:

• • 2+ years experience in TradFi, Crypto or Fintech based companies in brand creation and marketing domain.
  • In depth knowledge of DeFi products and DAOs
  • Experience with growth experimentation (multivariate testing, ICE, cohorts, funnel optimization…) and agile methodologies for marketing.
  • Interest and understanding of marketing across channels (TikTok, Discord, Reddit, Twitter…) familiar to fintech and crypto communities.
  • You understand how to build audiences and product-market (ideally) in DeFi
  • You are actively involved with crypto communities (Discord, Twitter)
