KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Reporting to regional Delivery Director Lead and support virtual internal and external (client) learning delivery in EU and CEMEA regions by providing moderation support to facilitators at all levels.
Supporting the internal calendar planning with Trainers and Delivery Director by scheduling, tracking and allocating moderators.
Collaborate with Colleges/ program owners on planning and execution of virtual moderation needs
Support Learning Management System (LMS) session creations, updates and closing as needed
Execute internal planning processes through the proper use of required tools and procedures, managing ad hoc projects as assigned
Manage the day-to-day operations of the trainings
Welcome all guests as they enter the training programs, and support all students and facilitators during their entire stay to ensure an exceptional learning experience (if recruited locally)
Engage students and guests during their learning experience:

Support formal in person and virtual learning experiences by ensuring student and facilitator materials are available for each class
Partner with facilities to set up the classrooms and promote and optimal learning experience
Design and support the execution of informal social, networking and learning events to promote interaction among all participants; additionally, create opportunities for students to design and implement additional informal collaboration opportunities with their fellow students
Partner with caterers to provide exceptional meal and break service; optimize food service procedures and processes
Leverage and maintain learning technology tools and ensure proper set up for class
Establish processes for development and deployment of digital/physical signage and screen content
Design and implement processes for functional leaders and students to record stories on video for use in class and/or promotional purposes
Coordinate logistics for the deployment of learning events across multiple markets.

Reporting on LMS and being the first point of contact for any reporting questions on LMS, liaising with LMS team when necessary.
Support the budgeting, partner and vendor payments when necessary
Support measurement and reporting on key metrics including enrollment, attendance, evaluation and campus utilization
Continually research, identify, and apply emergent approaches for implementation of exceptional learning experiences

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Ideally, we would like you to have a University degree – if you have found other ways to grow and learn, personally and professionally, then we are open to this too!
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Webex Meeting/MSTeams platforms
Exceptional technical trouble-shooting skills
Experience with classroom technologies such as video conferencing (required), mobile devices in the classroom (preferred), and virtual reality equipment (preferred)
You understand what it takes to create a great learning experience in a corporate university and are able to think from the learners’ perspective
Demonstrate experience coordinating learning programs and events; ability to manage multiple learning events simultaneously
Ability to creatively arrange and regularly enhance the learning environment
Ability to integrate and analyze employee and learning-related data and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Project management skills and detail orientation
Poise at engaging and developing collaborative, productive relationships with students, business and key stakeholders alike
