Designer at Heidi, Remote (United States)

Working closely with our Brand Design Lead, you’ll be a Designer who owns all US design requests while proactively contributing to company-wide initiatives. You’ll be the go-to designer for the US team, collaborating across marketing, product, and operations to deliver impactful, high-quality work. This role will contribute to helping shape Heidi’s evolving brand and visual systems as we scale.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and execute design requests across the US including marketing assets to product visuals and internal communications.
  • Maintain high design standards as a multidisciplinary midweight
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Operations, GTM, and Partnerships to create assets that drive measurable impact.
  • Advance Heidi’s design system and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and improve design workflows and brand expressions.
  • Work on a global level with teammates across various timezones to maintain seamless design continuity and high-quality standards.
  • Contribute to strategic design initiatives such as new product launches, campaigns, or brand evolution projects.

What we will look for:

  • 3-6 years minimum of professional design experience in branding, marketing, or visual design
  • A strong diverse portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and craft
  • High proficiency using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative suite
  • Motion design experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working independently
  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail and consistency
  • Curiosity about healthcare, AI, and how design can make complex systems for human
