Our client, a global leader in international education programs, has an immediate opening for an experienced Development Manager to join their team on a 1 year contract basis. The Development Manager is responsible for promotion services to schools and school systems interested in adopting new programs.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee territory (Canada)
  • Develop and deliver annual action & growth plans
  • Represent the company with high level stakeholders and key partners
  • Hold and serve relationships with large districts and partner organizations
  • Promote programs and services to senior stakeholders
  • Monitor work of Regional Managers to ensure targets are met
  • Develop and deliver annual conference which attracts upwards of 2000 attendees
  • Account management & Promotional activities

What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree preferred
  • Extensive experience leading targeted campaigns
  • Relevant experience creating strategic initiatives to increase performance and growth
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and assess market segments and develop strategies to enhance service & revenue
  • Active involvement and knowledge regarding educational philosophies, pedagogy, professional development, curriculum development, research, policy & trends
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Spanish proficiency desired
  • Willingness to learn
