A quick look at the role
We are looking for a successful and driven Digital Marketing Executive and search executive to deliver against our ambitious growth plans. This is a fast-paced commercial role with lots of opportunity for growth. If you have experience working at scale to deliver both multichannel acquisition campaigns across all paid media networks and simultaneously help grow organic market share, we want to hear from you. Supported by an internal team this role is set up for success and needs someone with passion to deliver against growth targets and who wants to make a meaningful contribution to one of the UK’s leading sustainability businesses.
Your core responsibilities
- Deliver lead volume target into our telesales team via organic search
- Support with the delivery of the Paid Media and Organic Search strategies to achieve a revenue target
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure web copy is in line with brand guidelines/tone of voice and communicate campaign progress.
- Ensure the Biffa site is technically compliant and identifying priority technical improvements to enhance site performance.
- Support with the objective to reduce the reliance of paid website traffic and increase natural organic traffic to deliver growth target.
- Have experience with paid search as the role may require the holder to understand commercial elements of marketing ROI and make recommendations and changes to PPC campaigns.
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure digital demand generation work is supporting wider Biffa campaign activity to deliver the site traffic growth target
- Create and produce detailed weekly and monthly reports for the digital demand generation channels
- Support with the objective to restructure the current site to a customer centric journey with a high level of due diligence to reduce negative impact
- Work alongside the wider marketing team and maintain open communication throughout all development projects.
Our essential requirements
- Proficient and have experience in organic search
- Relevant experience in a commercial digital environment
- PPC or SEO qualifications are essential
- Over 2 years working within a commercial organisation in a digitally focused role
- Proven track record of delivering converted leads through complex Paid Media campaigns
- Experience of working within Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Data Studio
- Experience delivering campaigns with a high volume of keywords and complex campaign structure
