Our platforms offer solutions to help entrepreneurs in Nigeria to start, manage and grow their businesses with solutions tailored to their business needs.

We are in need of passionate individuals that will join our content /digital marketing team and helps businesses in Nigeria to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Business Minded
• Creating Content for marketing
• Identify industry trends and insights.
• Oversee the design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Utilize a strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Cold calling
• Plan and oversee all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
• Exceptional experience in developing customer-facing marketing campaigns, messaging, and market positioning across multiple mediums or channels
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skill
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with Marketing in other forms of media (e.g., TV) is an asset and online media.

Technical Skills

• Experience in a marketing role involving campaign planning, media strategy, and execution is preferred.
• Social Platforms (e.g., Twitter/Facebook Business Manager, Brand watch).
• Digital Analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, GA360, Zoom Meeting etc);
• Websites / Content management application
• Web analytics tools
• Bachelor/HND degree; a major in Business, Marketing, Economics, Human Capital Management OR Membership of the Institute of Strategic Human Capital Managers (ISHCM) is an asset.
