This is an innovative new product for emerging markets. We are building something that does not quite exist in the African and frontier business landscape and this will be an opportunity for you to put your stamp on the product that is being built.

Job Description / Responsibilities

You will be reporting to the Growth Lead while executing the following tasks;

  1. Assist to sell various Dukka products for SME and MSME and ensure an optimal level of customer services through various sales calls on the telephone and on the field.
  2. Ensure customers are duly onboarded and understand the SaaS tool by ensuring thorough understanding through training.
  3. Ensure that customers are active on the App by ensuring regular check-in with them.
  4. Drive Dukka POS goal.
  5. Administer and ensure compliance with all sale objectives.
  6. Manage the sale of various products in a professional manner.
  7. Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely responses to all issues. Liaising also with CX and Growth lead.
  8. Coordinate with customers and provide various Dukka plans and services and detailed quotes for all required information.
  9. Maintain and update knowledge on all Dukka’s products and services.
  10. Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and services and analyze all advantages and disadvantages for various products.
  11. Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources.
  12. Documents and maintains all records of sales activities and provides updates as per requirement.
  13. Manage various documents for all sales sources efficiently. Utilitilizing Dukka source of Truth (Confluence, Google Drive)
  14. Participate in all departmental meetings and activities like Focus Group, Dukka Community Group, and all other activities geared towards selling our brand
  15. Participate in tactical sales/marketing activities
  16. Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to Direct Sales Manager and Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
