EFT Support Engineer

JOB PURPOSEProviding second-level support to financial institutions who are using Interswitch solutions running from within their siteResponsibilities

• DataCollection&Analysis: Worksindependentlytocollateandanalyzedatausingpre-determinedtools,methodsandformats.
• DataManagement: Supportsandenablesotherstouseandbenefitfromexistingdatamanagementsystems.
• NeedsAssessment: Exploresissuesand/orneedstoestablishpotentialcauses,relatedissuesandbarriers.
• Recommendations: Providesadviceondesigningnewprocessesandsystemstoachieveprofessionalstandardsanddesiredoutcomes.
• SolutionsAnalysis: Analyzesspecifiedproblemsandissuestofindthebesttechnicaland/orprofessionalsolutions.
• Client&CustomerManagement(Internal): Helpsseniorcolleaguesmanageinternalclientandcustomerrelationshipsbyusingsales/clientsystemsandprotocols.
• InsightsandReporting : Contributetothepreparationofvariousdataandanalyticsreports.
