The Regional Specialized Threat Manager (RSTM) will provide program management services to the client’s Specialized Threat Program and Workplace Incident Management team. The RSTM will be responsible for implementing the company’s global preparedness strategy for specialized threat incidents, including kidnapping-for-ransom and extortion, at the regional level. The RSTM will focus on driving strategic objectives for the client, ensuring that key stakeholders across business lines are supported. As a subject matter expert on a range of security threats including extortive crime, the RSTM will work closely with the client’s security and support teams to secure the company’s people and assets throughout the region, providing security advice, training, incident response support, and threat assessment products.

The RSTM will embrace the concepts of continuous process improvement, innovation, and proactive security risk management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, possess strong analytical skills, and be an excellent oral and written communicator. Must have a history of taking ownership of issues with a strong commitment to raise the bar of performance to deliver results. Customer obsession is a core aspect of the role and the ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of managing a large and varied stakeholder network in pursuit of exceptional service and support. The RSTM reports to the Global Manager of the Specialized Threat Program, based in London.
