About the role
In this role you’ll be expected to provide a seamless Employee Relations experience to all line managers and Employee Voice forum representatives. You will provide accurate and timely advice on all ER and Change queries. You’ll play a proactive role in the delivery of a customer and commercially focused service to employees, working at pace to resolve cases. Our Employee Relations Advisory Services operates its telephone line between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, candidates must be willing and able to cover the phone lines where necessary.
About you
- Thorough understanding of employment legislation best practice and applying HR policies and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer focused mindset
- Experience in coaching and guiding managers and leaders on ER and Change cases
- Able to review and advise on risk, considering the commercial context as well as HR best practice.
- Pragmatic and solutions focused
- Exceptional attention to detail and experience logging and updating accurately on a case management system.
