Description:
Job Title: Experienced Interpreters
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Precisely and accurately interpret customer service information given by the provider into equivalent terminology in the patient’s native language.
- Interpretation and translation of direct service to physicians and/or other health care providers who are seeing patients who cannot speak or understand English, when specifically required by the provider.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality by policies and standards.
- Establish and maintain quality service and positive interaction with all patients, customers, visitors, and healthcare providers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- English Level Intermediate – advanced (B2-C1)
- Laptop or desktop, Windows 10 or higher version
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Exceptional listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
- Proficient enunciation and pronunciation skills, and pleasant, professional voice.
- Highschool Degree
