Field Sales Marketer
Location: Remote - Must be based in Lagos
Salary: N80,000 base + Commission on sales
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and meet companies and decision-makers in Lagos
- Pitch and sell HR, marketing, and growth services to SMEs and corporates
- Build relationships with HR Managers, Business Owners, and executives
- Follow up on leads, close deals, and meet sales targets
- Submit weekly reports on field activities, leads, and sales
Requirements
- 1-2 years of field sales/marketing/business development experience, preferably B2B
- Proven ability to sell services and meet targets
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field
- Knowledge of HR, marketing, or growth services is an advantage
