YOUR MISSION
Join us as a founders associate to drive strategic initiatives and shape airfocus’ scaling path. You will support our day-to-day business and individually plan and execute your projects within Ops, BizDev, and cross-functional topics.
In short, you’ll become a Swiss knife working on a variety of issues and problems, always ready to step in where it is most needed. What you’ll do:
- Manage and drive your own projects: At airfocus, you will get responsibility from day one. All projects will have a critical impact on our growth path.
- Critically question, analyze, and improve existing processes: We constantly aim to improve our existing setup with maximum efficiency. Help us to build the best possible version of airfocus with world-class processes enabling us to have a smoothly running organization.
- Support the business: Help the leadership team to master daily objectives and get deep insights into Ops and BizDev. In addition, collaborate with multiple teams to help them seize new opportunities, solve issues, and deliver on their goals.
YOUR PROFILE
- You can quickly understand & absorb new information and have strong solution-finding abilities.
- You have the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities and are not afraid to tackle less glamorous challenges.
- You are an excellent communicator, fluent in written and spoken English (German is a plus).
- You are deeply analytical and well-versed in tools such as Excel.
- You have previous experience in consulting, high-growth startups, or other high-performance environment.
- You are based in Germany
