We’re looking for a driven and experienced Franchise & APAC Wholesale Account Manager to join our team at Alfred Dunhill brand. The key function of this role is to cultivate and maintain relationships with franchise partners, distributors, and wholesalers in the APAC region. The responsibilities also include driving sales strategy, executing business analysis, and encouraging cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Define & Drive Sales Strategy:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with franchise partners, distributors, and wholesalers in the APAC region. Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries, issues, and opportunities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue within assigned accounts. Identify growth opportunities, negotiate contracts, and implement pricing strategies to drive business growth
  • Business Development: Identify and evaluate potential franchise and wholesale partners in the MEITAR & APAC region. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and due diligence to assess the viability of new partnerships
  • Closely monitor seasonal performance, Define sell out initiatives to achieve and exceed budgets across all channels, commercial actions, and decision making to increase healthy sales and performances in each location of the geographical Area
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within franchise and wholesale accounts. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and market trends to provide tailored solutions and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Provide training, product information, and marketing collateral to franchise partners, distributors, and wholesalers to support sales activities and enhance their understanding of the product portfolio.
  • Ensure payments are received on a timely basis (follow up where necessary)
  • Product and Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and product knowledge to effectively promote and position products within the franchise and wholesale channels

Manage Business Analysis:

  • With the support of operation and wholesale merchandiser accurately project sales in advance with clear visibility of planned deliveries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports on account activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Build clear accurate, and professionally presentable high-level reporting and presentation vs targets and KPIs

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Internal teams to make sure commercial interests are shared through the business through post-market swot analysis and product needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance, to ensure effective execution of account strategies, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with wholesale partners each season on marketing and communications opportunities.
  • Ensure clear visibility of marketing spend per partner and budget alignment

Showroom:

  • Be a strong contributor for organising wholesale showroom – and the presentation of key products to maximise sales
  • Strategise and present go to market plan for the region
  • Book all appointments with existing and prospective customers
  • Ensure all wholesale orders are submitted within order entry deadline
  • Work closely with our Franchise partners to ensure an optimal seasonal buy by door

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales roles, preferably within the Luxury Fashion/ Retail industry
  • Strong understanding of the MEITAR & APAC market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business practices
  • Commercially driven with a good understanding of retail operations
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and ability to work independently
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within the MEITAR & APAC region as required
  • Fluent in English
