Talent Acquisition/Recruiter is responsible for recruiting talent for BPO & Non – BPO organizations with the support of other groups including but not limited to hiring managers, business stakeholders, and other HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing — initiated by publishing Job Descriptions to all the available sourcing channels; this includes Recruitment Partners/ consultants, Employee Referral, Headhunting and Direct Sourcing (Job Portal, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Social Media — Linkedln, Facebook).

• Coordination with your Team Leader to get your candidates scheduled for Interview

• Sourcing from APAC Region, such as Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, and India.

*Key Requirements:*

• Bachelor’s degree graduate, National Diploma, any field.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

• At least 1 years of experience as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist and knowledgeable with different Sourcing Channels.
