This specific role will be focused on the Staff Augmentation business line by helping us support & develop the talent we have placed in our clients companies.

Develop and debug web applications that meet the quality standards of the company in terms of availability, scalability, and maintainability.

Develop unit tests for the new features and keep updated the unit tests that compose the current regression test suite of the projects and products of the company.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, third-party stakeholders, product managers, delivery managers, product designers, software engineers, and any other member of your team.

Make sure to deliver on time all the product features and scheduled tasks to which you and your team committed.

Notify quickly and in a timely manner to the customer, stakeholders, other managers, and your team about any change or risk that may affect the delivery on time of your tasks and results.

Make the status of the product/project tasks always visible for the customers and any other relevant stakeholder.

Participate in a 1: 1 meeting with the rest of your team.

Provide timely feedback to your team.

Participate in the definition of the Product OKRs for your team.

Support the adoption of the DevOps culture within the company, according to the guide of The DevOps Handbook of the engineering area.

Support in the adoption of the Strong Product Teams methodology within the company, according to the guide of The Product Team Handbook of the engineering area.

Participate in the 360 Feedback Survey for the team members

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software or System Engineering or equivalent practical experience in a software-related field.

English Level B2 or superior.

+4 years of software engineering experience

Wide experience applying Agile Methodologies.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Strong communication skills in all senses.

Knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming, Object-Oriented Designing, Domain-Driven Design.

+2 yrs of experience developing cloud computing applications using AWS (Lambda + API Gateway).

+2 yrs of experience developing web applications using popular web frameworks such as React.js, Node.js, Next.js, Nest.js, serverless framework, etc.

+2 yrs of experience designing and developing database models in database engines such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, MySql, Redis, etc.

Wide understanding of the web applications lifecycle from coding to release applications to production.

Be Outcome Focused – Objective and Key Results (OKR) – Key Performance Indicators KPI

Broad knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts of any of the cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.

Experience working in a product lead company

Have worked in a Startup previously

Demonstrated understanding of product metrics frameworks such as AARRR, HEART, etc

Wide understanding of designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for web apps.

Experience designing and developing microservices and microfrontends.

Experience working with serverless and Event-Driven Architectures.
