Graduate Trainee (Brand Ambassador) at Metroline African Consults

JOB BRIEF

We are looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to be the face of our Client’s company and promote their products and services.

If you enjoy communicating with customers both online and offline, we would like to be part of the team.

Ultimately, you should be able to increase the company’s brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Post about company products/services online (e.g. social media and forums)

* Participate in trade shows as a spokesperson for the company

* Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers

* Thoroughly understand products and services to inform potential customers

* Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends

* Assist in organizing marketing events

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

* Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter or similar role

* Experience creating online content or at least willing to learn.

* Excellent communication skills

* Professional attitude

* Friendly and outgoing personality

* Experience in retail sales is a plus

* OND, HND or BSc in Marketing or relevant degree
