Job Title: Grants and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Grants and Partnerships Manager to spearhead the identification, acquisition, and management of grants, partnerships, and strategic collaborations to drive the organization’s growth, innovation, and impact. This role demands a proactive professional with exceptional networking, relationship-building, and grant management skills to unlock opportunities and foster sustainable collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and pursue relevant grant opportunities to support organizational goals.

• Develop compelling proposals, grant applications, and reports to secure funding and meet donor requirements.

• Oversee the implementation and management of grants, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and timelines.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with donors, organizations, and stakeholders.

• Manage partnership agreements, including negotiations and ongoing collaboration.

• Maintain a strong understanding of donor priorities and industry trends to align with opportunities.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of grants and partnerships, preparing detailed impact reports.

• Foster relationships with local and international organizations to expand CredPal’s network and visibility.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient utilization of funds and alignment with project goals.

• Represent CredPal in external meetings, workshops, and networking events to promote its mission and initiatives.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Proven experience in grant writing, grant management, or partnerships (minimum of 3-5 years).

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with experience in stakeholder management.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.

• Ability to research and analyze funding opportunities effectively.

• Demonstrated success in securing grants and managing multi-stakeholder partnerships.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.

• Proficient in using grant management tools and CRM systems.

• Strong understanding of donor priorities, compliance regulations, and reporting requirements.
