Job Description

1. Create visually compelling and on-brand marketing materials, including but not limited to mailers, ads, flyers, social media posts, signage, and handouts.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate our messages.
3. Maintain brand guidelines for all brands, ensuring consistent and cohesive visual identity across all materials.
4. Standardize all marketing collateral to align with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of design quality.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output.

Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s degree
2. At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
4. Proven experience in creating a variety of marketing materials such as mailers, ads, flyers, social media posts, signage, and handouts.
5. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and a keen understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
