Grower Support Assistant
The Grower Support Assistant will be responsible for the activities of growers on the grower platform, ensuring proper onboarding of registered growers, management of growers’ data, to the purchasing of growers’ products towards to achievement of the company’s revenue target. The Grower Support Assistant will liaison with the agronomic team and the grower units to ensure that all the solutions to operational challenges are provided on time.
Responsibilities
- The responsibilities and duties of the Grower Support Assistant include but are not limited to the following:
- Onboard new growers to the Complete Farmer grower dashboard.
- Regular follow-up on growers’ progress through emails, calls, and SMS.
- Plan and communicate schedules with the appropriate stakeholders for site visits and assessments.
- Regular updating and review of the growers’ data.
- Report emerging challenges of growers’ to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Communicate growers’ feedback to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Other administrative duties.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or HND in Agriculture, Administration, or any other relevant field for the position.
- At least two years of experience in office administration, operation management, and communication.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, MS Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and possess a strong team orientation.
- Strong analytical skills.
