Job Title: Growth Executive
Ethnos Cyber Limited seeks to hire self-motivated, energetic, and engaging sales executives who have passion for cybersecurity sales. The candidates must have good relationship management skills as they will interface physically and virtually (through voice / zoom calls) with our existing clients and prospects. The key deliverables are to help the company increase her sales volume, gain significant market share and foster growth. Therefore, the candidates must really be passionate about the job. Motivation and determination are vital attributes for success and the ideal candidates must have basic knowledge of IT products and a good understanding of trends in the Cyber security space.
About the Growth Executive Role
As part of the sales team, the candidates will be responsible for engaging with SMEs and other potential prospects, find out and understand their business objectives, identify their challenges, and present them the unique Ethnos value proposition to help them attain their business goals or solve their problems.
Key Responsibilities for the Growth Executive role.
- Devise and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed assigned targets on a consistent and repeatable basis;
- Increase brand awareness, provide visibility and ensure that the company has deeper penetration in the cybersecurity market in Nigeria;
- Understand client business goals and define security solutions that support their requirements;
- Manage your pipeline through the sales process and adequately document in CRM to maintain data integrity
- Have basic knowledge of the security solutions that the company deals on in order to reasonably explain their key technical features, capabilities, benefits and applicable use cases to prospects;
- Work both independently and as a valued team member of the sales team to secure future business for the company while documenting individual contributions
- Be able to secure appointments for the technical team to carry out demonstration sessions at clients’ sites where that becomes necessary;
Knowledge & Skills for the Growth Executive role.
- 2-3+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions
- Track record of driving and/or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills oral, written & presentation
- Strong relationship development and management skills
- Ability to quickly learn new key characteristics of new products solutions and communicate the value of those solutions to customers
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand the business of prospects, their current cyber solutions and potential risk to propose and apply the right solution
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of foundational cybersecurity concepts, products and or solution categories is a plus
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices is a plus.
