BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
Lead The Growth at 8thGear is responsible for lead generation and conversion, cross selling and upselling of 8thGear Hub Services. This role works directly with marketing and creative team members to impact company revenue. The team it leads is singularly responsible for building brand awareness and generating quality leadsfor our products and services by running successful campaigns that aligns with 8thGear’s goals.
– Work with CEO to understand the 8thGear Vision/Strategy and craft/execute bespoke PR and Brand strategy for 8thGear
– Ensure consistency in all 8thGear communication based on 8thGear Brand Strategy
– Online/offline journaling/chronicling of initiatives, events and happenings at 8thGear
– Online/offline marketing of 8thGear Venture Studio, Hub Services and Project delivery services with a view to generating high-quality leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related filed
- Minimum of 3 years track record developing growth strategies either via SEO or paid ads (Web, Video, SEM, Affiliate, Referrals).
- Ability to compile and analyze data performance data and metrics for use in discovering actionable insights.
