We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketer to own funnel optimization for customer acquisition. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a proven track record to make meaningful impact on a company’s growth trajectory. You’d be joining a growing company early, just as the marketing flywheel is starting to spin.

Your responsibilities

    • Optimize the marketing funnel to increase the volume of qualified signups for our freemium SaaS offering.
    • Continuously test, learn, and iterate to identify the best-performing growth opportunities across channels, messaging, tactics, and more. (You’ll have lots of room to experiment!)
    • Own the strategy and execution of growth marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to establish success metrics for your work and report on results.
    • Partner with marketers and other contributors on the team to develop content and assets for growth campaigns.
    • Prioritize your efforts to make the biggest impact on the business.

What we’re looking for

    • 4+ years of experience in marketing and/or growth roles, preferably in B2B SaaS startups.
    • Meaningful experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and translating data into insights.
    • An analytical mind that forms hypotheses, tests, measures results, and determines the appropriate next steps using both quantitative and qualitative insights.
    • Deep familiarity with at least one B2B marketing channel or platform.
    • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
    • A self-motivated executor who thrives in startups, particularly in a fully-remote model.
    • A native English speaker located within U.S. or European time zones.
    • Someone who enjoys teaming up with coworkers across disciplines to produce A+ results.
    • Bonus points if you’ve marketed to software developers, product managers, or quality assurance testers.
