Head of Growth

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Growth to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our growth initiatives, driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue generation. You will use data-driven insights to develop and implement growth strategies and manage a cross-functional team focused on product development, marketing, sales, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and test growth levers, oversee customer acquisition campaigns, and implement customer retention strategies.
• Define key growth metrics and performance indicators. Track and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, engineering, and marketing) to drive growth initiatives.
• Partner with the product team to develop new features and improvements based on customer feedback and data insights.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Lead and manage the growth team, setting clear objectives and measuring success.
• Establish partnerships with relevant industry players to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
• Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a growth-focused role within the fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency or advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of growth strategies and execution in a B2B and B2C context, specifically in the tech or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, with a particular focus on digital marketing and growth hacking techniques.
• Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools to measure performance and drive growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of blockchain technologies and the crypto space would be an advantage.
