Here are some things you’ll do on the job:
- Engage and manage a pipeline of chemists (PPMVs), retail pharmacies and effectively communicate the benefits and values of Remedial health.
- Learn and implement our unique sales process to develop, own, and exceed quarterly sales targets
- Client training on the use of Remedial’s platform and ordering process
- Timely Delivery of ordered products by your clients
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Market research activities as mandated by the company
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales and Work with new clients to ensure success
- Review data and trends to support interpretation and strategy development
- Support implementation of lead-generation strategies
- Support planning and management of group-based education and sales events
- Support planning and implementation of marketing materials and strategies
- Coordinate and collaborate with fellow Associates and managers
- Support development of new channels and account growth strategies
- Customer account management, client success and re-activation of inactive clients
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree, OND, HND with 1-3 years work experience in a relevant field
- Previous work experience in a similar position will be an advantage
- Highly motivated and driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Must be resident in one of the following locations:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Applicants should be open to resuming immediately
- Ability to drive a vehicle or ride a motorcycle
