We are recruiting to fill the position of:

HR/Admin Officer at Artee Group

Job Description

  • Candidate applying should have HR experience and also be able to work as admin in the store
  • Understand the basics of Excel
  • Support the HR Manager across a range of generalist duties including management of the in-house database.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues across the business to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practices
  • Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements
  • Help to drive organisational performance by driving core business objectives
  • Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development.
