Requirements.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
2 years of experience as an HR Executive in a manufacturing set-up.
BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business administration or relevant field.
Demonstrable experience working in an HR department
Skills
Hands-on experience at MS Office; office equipment and electronics like printers, HRIS systems.
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Demonstrable leadership skill.
Stakeholder Management.
Superlative interpersonal and conflict-management abilities.
Responsibilities
Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Performs routine tasks to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to attendance management, disciplinary matters; disputes resolution, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; benefits, compensation; training and development.
Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
Assist with creation and update of HR and organizational policies and procedures.
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations by tracking statutory levies and business-related permits.
Produce and submit weekly and monthly reports on general HR activities.
Assist in planning and implementation of quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
