HR Administrator
ABOUT YOU:
As HR Administrator, you will support the HR team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Bulletproof’s HR function. You’ll enjoy working autonomously, but as part of a well-oiled and supportive team. Impressive commercial acumen is a must, as is the ability to juggle a varied range of tasks whilst having a superhuman attention to detail. You’ll also be expected to learn new skills as required.
WHAT YOU’RE HERE TO DO:
Your main duties and responsibilities include:
- Promoting the Company Vision and standards
- Researching and remaining aware of UK employment law
- Booking employee appraisals and pre-appraisal meetings
- Preparing feedback in advance and collating with relevant team heads
- Maintaining holiday and sickness records and calendars alongside the Creative Services Manager
- Administering employee benefits (gym memberships, bike to work scheme, travel loans)
- Organising and booking inductions for new employees
- Assisting the HR Managers with the on boarding of new employees
- Onboarding paperwork and documents, offer letters, contracts etc.,
- Ensuring employee information remains up-to-date
- HR support, when required
- Reference checks
- Coordinating employee training initiatives
