The HR Analytics role must have a clear vision of how to lead the organization towards a “data-driven and insight-led culture.” to support our exponential growth. This person enables leaders and the People team to make data-driven decisions about the workforce while keeping in line with talent strategy and with the goal of moving our People Department and leaders away from making decisions on gut feel.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a people analytics role or similar role

  • Professional with training in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or similar.

  • Experience analyzing business processes, creating process flows and documentation.

  • Understanding and basic knowledge of main HR processes. (Statistical and financial knowledge are a plus)

  • Excellent communications, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

  • Analytical / data-driven mindset and skills.

  • Solid experience in Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Experience managing high volume of data, handling SQL is a plus

  • Experience in Tableau

  • Other BI tools such as Power BI, R or Python are a plus.

  • Advanced English.
