Job Summary

The HR Intern will support day-to-day human resource functions while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, and HR administration. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to build a career in Human Resources within a professional consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, memos, and reports
• Support payroll preparation by providing required employee information
• Respond to basic employee inquiries and escalate when necessary
• Assist with performance management data collection
• Participate in organising company events, training sessions, and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and best practices
• Carry out other HR and administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
