Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Job Description

• Support the Human Resources Manager in Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
• Draft and revise company policies as a team
• Recruitment and Selection – Headhunting of candidates
• Employee welfare management
• Carry out other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
• Work closely with HR manager and Management team
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
• Payroll management
• Compensation and Benefits Administration.

Job Specification

• B.Sc / BA in Law, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field
• Not more than 2 years experience in a similar role from a well structured organisation
• Have basic knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law and Policies
• Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Male preferably for gender balance and equality
• Professional affiliation is an added advantage
• Must have completed NYSC.
