We seek a motivated and passionate US-licensed Immigration Attorney to join our growing team of dedicated legal professionals. Your role in guiding and directing our clients is of utmost importance to ensure that they thoroughly understand intricate immigration concepts and that their cases are managed efficiently.

IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY JOB DESCRIPTION

Immigration Attorney RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high-quality legal representation to clients in various immigration matters, including family-based petitions and nonimmigrant visa applications, with future expansion into employment-based petitions. 
• Collaborate and manage a team of paralegals, legal assistants, and other support staff to ensure a quality experience for our clients.
• Conduct initial client consultations and assess case eligibility.
• Prepare and submit applications, petitions, and supporting documentation to relevant government agencies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure effective legal representation.
• Evaluate and optimize internal processes for scale and efficiency.
• Proactively assess and plan for regulatory changes with flawless communication and execution.
• Prepare status reports of program initiatives, activities, and compliance issues for the team.
• Exercise independent legal judgment in rendering immigration services.
  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proven experience in handling family immigration and nonimmigrant visa cases.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and regulations.
• Clear and concise professional, focused on client experience and quality deliverables.
• Comfortable with technical terminology and proficient in learning new software.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and member in good standing of any US state bar.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a law firm or legal organization focused on immigration law.
• Fluency in Spanish.
