What You Will Be Working on as a Portfolio Community Manager?
You will report into the Influencer Relations Lead and also work closely with the Senior Brand Manager for Hell Let Loose.We’re looking for an innovative Influencer Relations Manager to join our team. This role will sit within our existing Influencer Relations team and work primarily on Hell Let Loose, with additional tasks for other Team17 titles. They’ll be a key member of the marketing department, working to build a winning influencer strategy and execute it accordingly.Working remotely, you will work closely with the Hell Let Loose team to own the influencer strategy and plans. With your efforts in finding the right influencers, you will have a direct impact on the success of Team17’s tentpole IP, Hell Let Loose.
Your Day-To-Day
- Develop and manage influencer strategy across Team17 products, from identification to implementation.
- Build upon the existing Hell Let Loose influencer strategy and evaluate new opportunities for the title.
- Manage all influencer communications and campaigns, including paid and organic activations across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok and more.
- Embed yourself within the Hell Let Loose creator community and provide analysis and recommendations to the brand management team to inform future marketing activity.
- Manage all aspects of paid activations – negotiating, contracting, invoicing for agents and individual creators.
- Act as point of contact between the existing Hell Let Loose War Correspondents influencer group and design and direct the future and growth of these partnerships.
- Work across our various influence relations touchpoints ensuring Hell Let Loose is always catered for i.e. regular distribution of keys, responding to creators applying via the mailbox.
- Regularly reporting on the results and ROI of influencer efforts.
- Support the Influencer Relations team and work closely with the Senior Events Manager on events throughout the year i.e. TwitchCon, Gamescom, title specific experientials etc. and the presence of the team there.
- Develop and maintain the shared Influencer Database for wider team use.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in influencer management, ideally in video games and/or entertainment.
- Strong understanding of the latest trends in marketing and influencer management within the video games industry.
- A deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape within the games industry, including indepth knowledge of reporting tools, budget management.
- Outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Understanding of cultural differences within different markets and how these can impact marketing, strategy, and plans.
- Great collaborator and an ability to build strong relationships.
- Analytical and data driven mind set.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including stakeholder management.
