Location: Greater LondonWe’re looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. Your primary focuswill be project work and infrastructure maintenance, but you’ll also be involved in 3rdline escalations. Day to day you’ll be working on maintaining the back-office ICTinfrastructure in a cloud-first environment. You’ll be reporting into our TechnologySolutions Manager, who you will be working closely with.

RequirementsResponsibilities

• Back-office ICT systems including:

Azure IaaSAzure PaaSEndpoint Management – Autopilot, application deployment servicesMicrosoft 365 and Exchange OnlineActive Directory and Certificate ServicesNetwork and Wi-Fi infrastructureCloud Telephony solutions

• Involvement in and delivery of back-office IT projects
• Build and configure new cloud services
• Own the maintenance for back-office IT systems
• Work closely with vendors and 3rd party suppliers
• Improvement and development of back-office ICT policies and procedures
• Creating and maintaining system documentation
• Manage all aspects of DR – planning, testing, documentation

Experience & Skills

• Proven knowledge of Azure Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service

AADSSOEnterprise AppsAzure Virtual DesktopNetworking – virtual networks, identity access management (IAM)Backup management

• Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems
• Windows 10/11, Windows Server
• Microsoft 365 administration and configuration
• Scripting – Powershell
• Remote Desktop Services
• Managing 3rd party suppliers
