Job DescriptionThe implementation engineer is responsible for the design, architecture, installation, integration and on-going, configuration of new and existing Intelerad systems.
The person will work closely with sales, development and marketing and will require in-depth understanding of Intelerad’s software products.They will be responsible for:
- Managing the technical integration of all Intelerad applications and services, into a variety of customer environments.
- Performing as key collaborator (potential lead) for implementing Intelerad applications and supporting services.
- Act as the primary technical liaison on various implementation project teams.
- Interacting with various vendors contributing to system specifications & documentation.
- Creating and documenting data flow processes.
- Executing system upgrade and test plans.
Qualifications
A qualified candidate must possess strong analytical skills. All candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Other qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in medical device support IT capacity
- Experience with HL7, DICOM, Windows Server/IIS administration, Linux, and Relational Databases (MS SQL, Sybase)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, simultaneously and meet deadlines
- 3+ years PACS/RIS/HIS/EMR knowledge
- Possess well-developed organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team
- Ability to travel 10%, but will vary
