Intermediate Product Designer

Are you an Intermediate product designer willing to join our team in building the most reliable wealth management product for our users? Designer responsibilities will include identifying areas for product improvements, collaborating with product managers in crafting cohesive user stories, composing wireframes and transforming information into high-fidelity design in collaboration with our engineers.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, teamwork, analytical eyes and mind for user-centric design decisions as well as visually appealing work.

Responsibilities:

• Identify areas for product improvement.
• Analyze how product ideas and improvements help with users’ and company goals.
• Compute feedback from product team and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the product team in crafting cohesive user stories.
• Compose wireframes from user stories
• Create high fidelity design and prototypes.
• Collaborate with brand designers on assets and motion
• Collaborate with engineers in implementation and testing.
• Gather and analyze feedback for product improvement.

Requirements/ Skill Set :

• 2+ years working experience as a product designer
• Analytical eyes and mind for user-centric design decisions
• Time management skills
• Creativity in approach to solving design problems
• Experience with design programs (like Figma, Adobe CC etc)
• Good understanding of auto-layout, variants and design to code features
• Skill in creating visually appealing products
• Adaptability
• Teamwork
• Skill in motion is an advantage. (After effects, Prototyping tools)
• Understanding of basic frontend characteristics is a plus
