The Role

CodeSignal is seeking an Interview Experience Manager who can deliver a best-in-class candidate experience on behalf of our customers who seek to #GoBeyondResumes using our objective skills evaluation. You will facilitate technical interviews driven by our CodeSignal platform that are free from human bias, highly consistent, and universally delightful!

The Interview Experience Manager program is one of the key strategic growth areas for the company. As the program scales, we will look to our team of Interview Experience Managers to drive strategic initiatives in parallel with the industry adoption of the CodeSignal Technical Screen. Your impact will be amplified to every customer that uses CodeSignal’s leading technical interview solution.

The primary responsibility is to facilitate the CodeSignal technical interview sessions by:

  • Being a welcoming, friendly face and delivering a white glove candidate experience via live video sessions.
  • Acclimating candidates to the CodeSignal platform and technical interview protocol, answering initial questions, and putting them at ease (these are high-stake interviews and nerves can get in the way!)
  • Providing live platform support for candidates during interviews, troubleshooting any issues, and escalating where appropriate.
  • Sharing actionable post-interview insights with candidates to further their development and contribute to their understanding of core concepts.


  • A deep dedication to providing best-in-class candidate experience
  • Excellent in verbal communications, especially in building rapport on a Zoom call with candidates (i.e. strangers)
  • Ability to handle most questions and objections, while being able to make sound judgment to escalate issues when needed
  • Punctual and reliable to show up on time to all scheduled interviews
  • Comfortable with a non-traditional work shift (e.g. including evenings and weekends, not exceeding standard full-time hours) to offer a wide range of interview availability
  • Comfortable with technology and willing to learn key tech concepts and jargons to be able to converse with technical candidates
  • Comfortable with change and adaptable while remaining level-headed


  • 2+ years in recruiting, customer support, customer service, hospitality, or a related field
  • First-hand understanding of technical recruiting process at a tech company
  • Technical support experience
  • Training and enablement experience
