Responsibilities
As a Junior Production Associate, you are responsible to take care of the daily food preparation, Kitchen hygiene, and other duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Accurately measure meal ingredients for each station for the Cook unit.
- Maintain a well-organized, high-performing prep station that achieves prep goals daily and overall team goals.
- Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, fruits, and other food types according to Eden’s standards.
- Cook or prep basic meal items as directed by senior Production team members (chefs).
- Receive deliveries and verify that all ordered items that have been delivered are of good quality.
- Support inventory activities and notify the inventory unit of low or depleted supplies.
- Maintain hygiene standards and perform basic cleaning duties to ensure that workstations are properly sanitized.
- Supervise junior production team members on assigned stations; drive growth, learning, and accountability.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth and friendly work environment
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Secondary school education – WASSCE.
- A diploma or certification in Culinary Arts is a plus.
- Proven commercial kitchen experience or internship.
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- Great physical health.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
Salary & Perks!
- Net (take home) pay band: ₦125,000 – ₦155,000

- Work Shift: 5.5 days on, 1.5 days off (Sunday standard workday; shift can fall on any day)
