At Ontop, a Lead Generation Agent is responsible for identifying interested leads into opportunities for the company, and is in charge of creating multiple strategies to achieve these goals, depending on the business needs.

Challenge:

👩💻Contact potential clients via outbound calling; establishing rapport, questioning, listening, matching and closing opportunities.

🧩Develop a strong understanding of Ontop’s products and how they might benefit different prospects.

🎯Develop a database of prospects and keep regular contact with them. Understanding and deploying of prospecting tools.
