Job Summary:

The Legal Officer is responsible for providing legal advice and representation to the real estate firm. The Legal Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for legal matters within the company, including but not limited to contractual, compliance, dispute resolution and litigation. The Legal Officer will also be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the firm’s management team

Responsibilities:

-Drafting and vetting of all legal documents, (Deeds of Assignment, Land Survey Agreement, Contract of Sale,  Deed of Transfer / Gift, Memorandum of Association, Power of Attorney etc.

– Maintain Custody of seal, all legal documents and ensure that stamp duties are applied on all

legal instruments of the Firm where necessary.

– Keep records of all Companies, Subsidiaries activities and documentations.

Requirement/Skills

– First Degree in Law with a minimum LLB (Hons) and B.L,

– Member of any relevant professional bodies.

– Maximum of 2 years of professional working experience in Real Estate Sector / Law Firm

– Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
