Tissue Paper Marketer

Job Description:

Your primary goal will be to promote and sell our company’s high-quality tissue paper products with the target of selling 600+ finished goods per week. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role offers an attractive commission structure to reward your exceptional sales performance. You will be responsible for devising effective marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving and exceeding weekly sales targets. This role requires a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for sales and a keen understanding of the tissue paper industry.


  • Sales Target Achievement: Develop a clear plan to achieve the weekly sales target of selling 600 packs of finished tissue paper goods. Work diligently to meet and surpass these goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities. Use the insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their requirements, address inquiries, and provide excellent customer support.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Devise and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote our tissue paper products effectively. Utilize various marketing channels such as digital platforms, trade shows, print media, and direct marketing.
  • Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our tissue paper products to prospective clients.
  • Negotiations: Engage in price negotiations and contract discussions with customers to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports to update management on progress towards meeting weekly targets.
  • Product Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding product quality, packaging, and any suggestions for improvement. Share this feedback with the production and quality assurance teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of market trends, industry advancements, and customer preferences to adapt marketing strategies and stay competitive in the tissue paper market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production and supply chain teams to ensure the seamless delivery of tissue paper products to customers.


  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tissue paper or related industry.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis.
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels and digital marketing tools.
  • Highly organized, with good time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows as required.

Salary and Commission:

The Tissue Paper Marketer position offers a competitive base salary along with a commission structure tied to your sales performance. The commission will be calculated based on the volume of tissue paper products sold, providing you with a rewarding opportunity to increase your earnings based on your sales achievements.
