JOB TITLE: Marketer
LOCATION: Ajah, Lekki Lagos Nigeria

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Responsible for marketing, advertising and promoting the company’s products.
Must be able to take steps to measure, enhance & enrich the position & growth of the company.
– Coordinate inspection to show homes & properties to prospective clients.
-Monitoring the housing & property market to identify potential leads.
-Creating content for various media platform & outlet
-Promote the sales of properties.
– Researching previous successful campaign to understand what worked, what didn’t & what can be improved.

QUALIFICATION
– Degree in any field with at least 2 years of work experience
-Experience in marketing for a real estate firm is highly preferable
– Strong communication capabilities
-Proficient in MS office
-Good understanding of real estate and property management.
