Reporting to the Head of Marketing Campaigns, this key member of the Marketing team will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing management of tactical, agile marketing campaigns of varying weights.
The role is one of the most exciting around, offering a hands-on opportunity to contribute consistently and have your voice and thoughts heard. You’ll have the chance to learn from experienced marketing professionals in a dynamic and diverse environment.
There will be some requirement to travel to office locations in Upavon (Wiltshire)/London on average once a week. This also applies for production and film shoots. Interview(s) will be conducted face to face in London.
Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the creation of marketing campaigns which strive to meet agreed candidate attraction targets and application volumes.
- Assisting in the creation of clear briefs to our agencies
- Working closely with the creative production teams to develop campaign assets and support launch of campaign
- Liaising with the wider marketing team to align owned and earned media channels in the campaign mix
- Supporting internal communications, to raise awareness of our campaigns across Capita and within Recruiting Group (RPP)
- Raising purchase orders and monitoring budgets
- Ensuring that all content and materials produced sit within brand guidelines
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience of working in a media or creative role
- Experience of operating successfully in a complex industry / organisation
- Results driven; strive to meet agreed candidate attraction targets and application volumes
- Comfortable across digital and traditional marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilient, adaptable under pressure and to fast moving situations
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams
- Strong attention to detail
Successful candidates will be required to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check to Baseline Personnel Security Standard.
