Job Title: Marketing Director 

We are seeking a Marketing Director to oversee all of our marketing activities. You will enhance the brand’s visibility and recognition through development efforts, ensuring impact-level marketing measurement and executive reporting on marketing’s contribution to the business.

Marketing Director RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Elaborate on the marketing strategy and supervise each stage of the project.
• Spearhead brand awareness in the digital arena and ensure the smooth functioning of all our marketing activities.
• Liaise with in-house and external teams to develop the marketing strategy and lead its implementation.
• Monitor the progress of various marketing-related activities with the involved depts. and manage the task flow.
• Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, ensuring that suitable mediums are being used to guarantee effectiveness.
• Create, implement and manage the content strategy for every communication channel.
• Oversee and monitor the allocated dept. budget to its fulfillment.
• Monitor trends and track changes in customer engagement following the roll-out of each marketing campaign.
• Identify and act on high-impact opportunities, while running sharp and cost–effective campaigns.
• Network and brainstorm with team members, partners and stakeholders.
• Share best practices and constructive feedback with collaborators.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven 4+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Degree in Marketing, Business or Management, Sales, Communications, or Psychology.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.
• Outstanding communicator and negotiator.
• Proficiency with marketing software and tools.
• Organizer, intuitive and forward-thinker.
• Highly skilled in copywriting and design, IT, social media, data analysis and statistics.
• Data-driven problem solver, with commercial awareness and business acumen.
