Job Title: Mobile QA Test Analyst, iOS/Android
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile QA Test Analyst, iOS/Android to join our mobile team. The ideal candidate will be a positive and collaborative team player with a strong background across all mobile applications. This candidate will be responsible for expanding and architecting Keeper’s QA mobile testing systems and test case management to deliver a high functioning and enjoyable user experience for the end user. We are looking for someone to grow with our team in a fresh, fun, and innovative environment. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL metro area.

Responsibilities
- Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
- Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
- Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
- Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
- Research and compare similar competitor products
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or MIS or equivalent experience
- Strong technical, written and communication skills
- Proficiency across all mobile (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile, Blackberry, Amazon) and desktop (Mac, PC) platforms
- At least 4 years of iOS development and/or mobile testing experience
- Knowledge and understanding of mobile development (e.g. native, react native, hybrid, PWA, or web-responsive), APIs, and relevant tools and technologies
- Familiar with mobile emulator software (e.g. XCode, Android Studio)
- Willing to learn how to deliver work iteratively and push goals to the finish line
- Ability to work collaboratively with a group of team members
- Strong problem solver with focus on code design, quality and architecture.
- Working knowledge of software development methodologies and tools including
- Experience with automated build systems, version and project control and issue tracking systems
