As an NYSC Front Desk Officer Intern at Cortouch Media, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our front desk operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, offering a friendly and professional approach at all times.
- Greet and direct visitors, answering inquiries about Cortouch Media’s services, projects, and activities, or referring them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, taking accurate messages and transferring calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area, ensuring it reflects the professional image of Cortouch Media.
- Register and sign in visitors, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and notifying relevant personnel of visitor arrivals.
- Assist in managing the scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Support the administrative team with tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, workshops, or training sessions, including logistics, registrations, and participant management.
- Collaborate with various departments to address inquiries and resolve administrative issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Currently serving National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation, ensuring clients and visitors feel welcome and attended to.
- Basic knowledge of office management and administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in using standard office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and handling documents.
- Professional appearance and behavior, representing Cortouch Media’s image and values.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic media industry, occasionally requiring extended working hours or weekend availability.
