Operations Assistant
About the job
There is an opening for a smart and agile individual with an interest in the Oil & Gas Industry to serve as an Operations Assistant in an Oil & Gas service company focused on exploration and production support activities.
Requirements for consideration:
· A First Class or 2nd upper degree from an accredited university
· Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
· A minimum of 1 year of corporate experience post NYSC completion
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills
· Good writing skills and an ability to create presentation packages
· Analytical skills and an ability to multitask
· An understanding of logistics processes
· Demonstration of ability to work independently
· Self-motivated, proactive, and organized
· Hardworking, confident, and mentally agile
Core Responsibilities include:
· Provide direct support to the Business Operations Team and the Technical Operations Team.
· Maintain Company’s Information Management System
· Participate in recruitment campaigns
· Participate in the preparation and submission of bids
· Liaise with field technicians and vendors
· Participate in Project Execution
Preferences: resident on the Island (VI, Oniru, Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo and environs)
Hours: 9am – 6pm on weekdays
Location:Â off Chevron Drive, Lekki
