Job Title: Operations QA Specialist

- Actively listen to customer service and sales agents’ calls to identify pain points, areas of improvement, and adherence to established processes using pre-prepared questionnaire forms.
- Read and analyze customer support tickets to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process enhancement.
- Document findings from data collection activities clearly and concisely to contribute to comprehensive process documentation/improvement.
- Independently analyze customer interactions and develop data-driven recommendations for process improvement, while collaborating with the team as needed.
 Requirements
- Student (of the last year) or graduate from Business, Management, Data Analysis, or similar field
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
- Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things change quickly
