Operations Specialist at Splash Financial, Remote (United States)

We are looking for an Operations Specialist who is ready to hit the ground running with fundamental operations processes. This person will review and verify our borrowers’ bank accounts to ensure accuracy and ownership. This will be the primary task for this role, as it is necessary to have this verified for all our loans. Other processing tasks will be assigned and trained for this role, with some loan servicing-related tasks. This role will report to the Operations Team Lead.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT SPLASH:

• Manage your queue of loans for day-to-day productivity
• Follow the Splash playbook for reviewing and verifying funding accounts.
• Process customers’ check payments.
• Process customers’ reimbursements.
• Assist in forbearance processing.
• Assist in ID verification.
• Other tasks assigned as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPLASH:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with lending processes and systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with bank verification procedures is a plus.

COMPENSATION:

The base hourly range for this role is between $24.00-$29.00 per hour, based on market data and internal compensation practices. This role may also be eligible for overtime work as needed. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as location, experience, and skill level.
